Every plan includes a monthly bundle of notifications and AI tokens. Beyond it, prepaid credits take over at cost price: you set the cap, the alerts come early, and nothing breaks when a month runs hot.

Pricing questions
Why is there no price per member?+
Your members are what make your community work, and no invoice should ever make you hesitate about welcoming more of them. Plans are priced on what you operate: brand, locations, integrations, support. People are free.
What happens when I go over my usage bundle?+
Usage beyond the bundle draws from prepaid credits: packs of €25, €100 or €500, one balance for everything, and they never expire. You get a heads-up at 75% and 90%, auto-refill is opt-in with a monthly cap, and nothing breaks in the meantime: SMS falls back to email and push, and the concierge keeps running while you top up.
How is AI usage billed?+
Every plan includes a monthly allowance: Community gets 5× the usage of Seed, Operator 20×, and allowances are adjusted as AI model prices evolve. Beyond your allowance you pay per token at our blended model cost, currently around €4 per million tokens. In human terms: a typical concierge reply runs 1,000 to 2,000 tokens, about half a cent. Your dashboard shows usage per community, per agent and per flow, per-member fair-use limits are built in, and you can cap AI spend per community.
Why is SMS separate?+
It’s the one channel that costs real money per message, roughly nine cents. It’s off by default, you switch it on per community, and it’s billed at cost. Email and push are part of the bundle.
Is the 2.9% + €0.30 a commission?+
No, it’s the cost of processing the payment: cards, iDEAL, payouts, agreements. It comes out of the payout itself, itemised on every statement, and never appears on your invoice. On Network plans you can bring your own payment provider.
What if I can’t afford the platform fee yet?+
If you’re building a commercial marketplace and budget is the only thing missing, look at launch financing: we fund your platform and launch, and earn it back from the revenue we bring you.
Do you have discounts?+
Registered co-ops and non-profits get 30% off any plan, paying annually gets anyone 2 months free, and organisations that bring an existing community can earn launch credits and a network dividend through Network Partner pricing.
