What exactly is a “city launch”?+
When you launch in a city, we introduce your community to members of the eCO network who live around your first neighbourhoods and match your theme. Your AI concierge welcomes them, learns what they need and gets the first transactions going. You start with people in the room instead of an empty feed.
Do I own my community?+
Yes. Your brand, your rules, your member relationships and your data. eCO is the infrastructure underneath. You can export everything at any time, and leaving is a feature, not a fight.
How is this different from Sharetribe, Circle or Mighty Networks?+
Those give you software and wish you luck with the crowd. eCO gives you the software plus a live local network to launch into, and AI agents that do the day-to-day community operations. The scarce thing for a local marketplace is not features, it’s liquidity.
What does the AI concierge actually do?+
It runs the conversations: welcoming members, answering questions, matching requests with offers, arranging agreements and payments, nudging quiet corners of the community back to life. You design its behaviour in Flow Studio, it does the work.

Yes. Network plans include migration support for members, inventory and reputation from your current platform or spreadsheet. And if you bring an existing, active community, you may qualify for Network Partner pricing: your network lowers your launch and platform costs.
